Cancellation Policy
no shows result in 100% charge of scheduled service
I ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel your appointment, if you do it within this time I will not be able to fill your spot. and I will charge $20 same day cancellation fee
I require a card on file for booking, your card information is kept safe.
If you show up 15+ min late to your appointment I will need to reschedule your appointment. I will charge 100% of scheduled service as it counts as a no show.
No more than one other person can come to your appointment with you, this is because of the available space to sit.
I accept card or cash, please bring exact cash as I will not have change to give back to you. If you need an exact price for your set in advance just message me an inspo picture! :)
Please book the extra time for art if you want designs on your nails, if you do not, I will not have enough time to do art.
I recommend no more than 4 fills on your set before getting a fresh set, this is because as the acrylic in the front gets old, it will lift easier and break faster, the acrylic gets softer. The lifting aside from being uncomfortable can cause greenies on your nails as water can get inside and bacteria starts to grow.
On gelx sets I recommend only 1 fill as the plastic tips get thinner and will break.
If for some reason I can't perform a service on you, I will charge a $15 fee for the time used (example: If you book a fill and have only half of your nails on I would not have time to do a new set and take off the remaining nails, so I would have to reschedule you and the appointment time would be wasted)
I also recommend getting acrylic fills
2-3 weeks apart depending on how fast your nails grow, as going 4 weeks or more generally causes the nails to grow out too much, which means I have to rebalance the entire nail when I do a fill, and there’s a higher chance of nails lifting or breaking.
I DO NOT OFFER 3D ACRYLIC FLOWERS OR ENCAPSULATIONS
thank you for choosing me!!💕
